Government Board Agreement No. 63/24, of April 26, 2024, which calls for subsidies to professional agricultural organizations (OPAS) of the province of Valladolid, fiscal year 2024

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Agrarian Professional Organizations of the province of Valladolid that meet the requirements demanded in the Fourth Base. Second. Object. Defray the carrying out of activities or the preparation of studies on the agricultural sector and the rural world in the province that are of interest to the sector, providing some usefulness to its professionals, to the rural world or to the Provincial Council itself, throughout the year 2024. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of the Province of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. The total amount of the subsidies may not exceed the amount of twenty-four thousand euros (€24,000). The maximum amount to be granted to each interested organization may not exceed, in any case, 50% of the budget presented by it. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The period ends 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of this call in the BOP. Sixth. Other data. ? Eligible expenses: Those that undoubtedly respond to the nature of the subsidized activities and are carried out from January 1 to October 31, 2024. Eligible activities constitute the carrying out of activities or studies on the agricultural sector and the rural world in the province of Valladolid, such as: o Conducting informative courses and assemblies, or holding ecological markets, or advisory activities for farmers and ranchers in the province, o management of the CAP payment regime, o administrative procedures of interest to farmers and ranchers. ? The subsidies granted on the occasion of this call are compatible with any type of aid received by beneficiary organizations from public or private institutions for the same purpose. ? Applications: They will be submitted, according to the model included as Annex I, directly to the General Registry of the Provincial Council or by any of the means established in art. 16.4 of the Common Administrative Procedure Law. ? Documentation: The application must be accompanied by a photocopy of the Tax Identification Document of the applicant entity as well as the Statutes, a detailed project of the activities for which the subsidy is requested, with the content indicated in the tenth base of the call, as well as the responsible Declaration that appears as Annex II, in the terms provided for in the aforementioned base. ? Method of payment and justification: The payment of the subsidy will be made after justification of the performance of the subsidized activity in the manner established in clause nineteenth of the call. ? Maximum justification period: November 15, 2024.
