Agreement of the Local Government Board No. 62/26 of April 24, which agrees to approve the Call for aid for the economic revitalization of the province of Valladolid (CIESAS), year 2026

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Natural and/or legal persons who are awarded plots in the industrial estates and/or warehouses in the centers for business initiatives and advanced services (CIESAS), according to the procedures established by the Sociedad Provincial de Desarrollo de Valladolid S.A. (VALLADOLID AVANZA) for this purpose. Second. Object. The promotion of investments through the creation of companies or the expansion of existing ones in the industrial estates and CIESAS, and as a consequence, the creation of employment. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. ? Total amount: 20,000.00 euros? Maximum amount per beneficiary: 50% of the acquisition price of the plot or plots and/or 30% of the acquisition price of the warehouse or warehouses, taxes not included in both cases. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be computed from 00:00 hours on the day following the day in which the announcement of the call is published in extract in the Official Gazette of the Province, until 2:00 p.m. on July 31, 2026, inclusive. Sixth. Other information of interest. - Eligible activities, expenses and period: those provided for in the fifth base of the call. - Compatibility: yes, except for subsidies received in the last 5 years for the same purpose. - Applications: electronically: https://www.sede.diputaciondevalladolid.es/tramites-disponibles/02S226/ - Documentation: as provided in the seventh base of the call. - Assessment criteria: technical and economic feasibility of the industrial project and financial viability, in the terms provided in the ninth base of the call. - Payment method: after justifying the expense. - Form of justification: by presenting the documentation referred to in the eighteenth basis of the call. - Maximum justification period: one month from the date of formalization of the deed of sale.
