BDNS (ID): 759726 First. Beneficiaries: 1. Groups or consortia, without legal personality, made up of legal entities belonging to the following typologies may obtain the status of beneficiaries: a) Third Sector Entities: private organizations, arising from citizen or social initiative, under different modalities, which respond to criteria of solidarity and social participation, with general interest and non-profit purposes, which promote the recognition and exercise of civil rights, as well as human rights. economic, social or cultural of people and groups who suffer from vulnerable conditions or who are at risk of social exclusion. That, in accordance with their statutes or regulatory rules, have objectives and purposes that coincide with the object and purposes of these subsidies and those to which they are submitted. b) Entities of the private business sector: social economy companies, business associations and foundations, cooperatives, insertion companies and other similar ones. Entities representing cooperatives, labor societies, insertion companies, and any other entities that carry out economic and business activity, whose operating rules respond to the principles listed in article 4 of Law 5/2011, of March 29, on the Social Economy. c) Local entities of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria. Second. Purpose: 1. Call for competitive grants, for the year 2024, for the financing of innovative pilot projects in the social and solidarity economy sector, which favor local local development, social innovation, incorporating mechanisms that act as an engine of change, taking into account the different realities and needs of our environment, and that allow us to cover specific needs of people in situations of poverty and social exclusion or who are in other situations of special vulnerability. Third. Regulatory bases: Order ISO/07/2024, of May 8, which establishes the regulatory bases and calls for subsidies, on a competitive basis, for the financing of pilot projects in the social and solidarity economy sector. Room. Amount: 1. The maximum overall amount of this call is set at FORTY THOUSAND EUROS (€40,000.00), which will be attributed to the budget application 07.08.144A.484.04 of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for the year 2024. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: 20 business days, counted from the day following the publication of this Extract in the Official Gazette of Cantabria.
