EXTRACT FROM MAYORAL DECREE NO. 2024/1779 DATED MAY 28, 2024, WHICH APPROVES THE SPECIFIC REGULATORY BASES AND THE CALL FOR GRANTS 2024, UNDER A REGIME OF COMPETITIVE COMPETITION, FOR ASSOCIATIONS THAT DEVELOP PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL WELFARE. (File 2262/2024). First. Beneficiaries In general, non-profit citizen participation associations, duly constituted or in the process of doing so and registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the Alcalá la Real City Council, may apply for these subsidies. Associations that want to apply for these subsidies must meet the following requirements: Be legally constituted entities or be in process and not be for profit. Be duly registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations. Be up to date with tax obligations with the Alcalá la Real City Council, the Tax Agency and Social Security. Not have pending reimbursement or justification, outside the established deadlines, other subsidies granted by the Alcalá la Real City Council. Not be subject to any of the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary of public subsidies indicated in article 13 of the LGS. The following are excluded: Youth associations AMPAs. Sports associations and clubs. The Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods. Cultural associations. The mayors of the Alcalá municipality for the celebration of the patron saint festivities of their villages. Neighborhood associations and citizen participation. Second. Purpose To promote citizen participation in the municipality of Alcalá la Real, financing projects/activities that aim to: Promote the skills and autonomy of people and groups, especially those with disabilities and/or dependency. The execution of activities aimed at the inclusion of groups/groups of disadvantaged people and/or at risk of exclusion or social disadvantage in their coexistence environment. Promote citizen participation in solidarity, aid and social cooperation initiatives. Carrying out activities aimed at improving the quality of life of the citizens of the municipality of Alcalá al Real. Taking advantage of synergies and/or resources from other groups, administrations or entities. Be innovative and/or incorporate social networks to encourage citizen participation. Stimulation of networking, solidarity and commitment. Third. Regulatory Bases The bases applicable to this call appear on the electronic headquarters of the Alcalá la Real City Council: https://alcalalareal.sedelectronica.es/doc/7F5SJM3PHY9XJZDY627JJXD6A/.23, on its website https://alcalalareal.es/ and in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) Fourth. Amount. The subsidies subject to this call will be allocated to budget application 2312 48901 of the expenditure budget for 2024, with the maximum amount being €5,000.00 Fifth. Deadline and place for submitting applications. Applications must be submitted, within a period of 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN of the Province through the electronic headquarters of the Alcalá la Real City Council https://alcalalareal.sedeelectronica.es/, in accordance with the standardized model inserted on the City Council's website www.alcalalareal.es A single application will be submitted by each applicant Association or Entity. The applications must be processed through the electronic headquarters of the Alcalá la Real City Council website https://alcalalareal.sedelectronica.es/ by filling out the standardized electronic form that will be signed electronically, by the legal representative of the entity, with the personal digital certificate (DNIe, etc.) and that will be accompanied by the documentation required in article 7.
