CALL EXTRACT OF THE AGRICULTURAL EMPLOYMENT PROMOTION PROGRAM 2026 BDNS Announcement (.) (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/____) PLS-2026/335 First: Beneficiaries The municipalities of the province of Jaén that are beneficiaries of the Agrarian Employment Promotion Program subsidy for the labor costs of the projects or actions approved by the SEPE may be beneficiaries of the subsidies from the 2026 Agricultural Employment Promotion Program. Taking into account the specific nature and uniqueness of the Agricultural Employment Promotion Program and in accordance with art. 3.2 the Order of June 14, 2016, municipalities are exempt from the prohibitions established in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Second: Object In accordance with art. 4 of the Order of June 14, 2016, the subsidy will be intended to finance the expenses incurred by the acquisition of materials used in the works and services projects carried out by local entities within the framework of the PFEA. Third: Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting Annex I, which has the status of an application, will be until July 30, 2026, in any of the places provided for in art. 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, a copy of the report of the services or technical work projects approved by the SEPE must be provided, in electronic format and incorporating the electronic signature of the editor. Estimated Total Amount: The economic cooperation action to the PFEA 2026 of the Provincial Council of Jaén amounts to 11,432,862.35 euros, which is 45% of the amount assigned to the municipalities of the province by the Regional Monitoring Commission for labor, financed with a contribution from the Junta de Andalucía of 75% as a subsidy and a contribution from the Provincial Council of Jaén of the remaining 25%. Fifth: Budget application The subsidies granted to the municipalities by the Provincial Council under the PFEA 2026 will be allocated to budget applications 2026.510.4593.76201 and 2027.510.4593.76202 of the Budget. The credits and income from this program are associated with the expenditure project 2026/IA/6. Sixth: Allocations In accordance with the provisions of article 5.3 of Order June 14, 2016, the amount to be subsidized for each work or service project will be subject to the following limits: a) 45% of the SEPE contribution in the works projects. b) 10% of the SEPE contribution in service projects. However, in the case of construction projects, the established percentage may be exceeded, provided that the sum of the project subsidies does not exceed the amount resulting from applying 45% to the total subsidy granted by the SEPE for salary costs and business contributions. Seventh: Other information of Interest Documentation for the application: Annex I and technical project or technical report. Payment: The first payment of the subsidies will be charged to the budget credits for the 2026 financial year and will be materialized with the Resolution granting the subsidy. The second payment, corresponding to the remaining amount, will be made in the first half of 2027. Execution periods and justification: The works and services projects must be executed before September 30, 2027, unless an extension is granted by the SEPE, in which case the execution period will be automatically extended until the date on which said extension concludes.
