Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http:/www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans. First: Beneficiaries Sports federations operating in the province of Valencia will be eligible for this aid. Second: Purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of financial aid under a competitive competition regime, in accordance with the procedure provided for in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Valencia, to the sports federations with scope of action in the province of Valencia destined to their maintenance, for the year 2024. Third: Regulatory bases The regulatory bases are those established in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Valencia, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia no. 107, dated June 5, 2023. Fourth: Financing and amount of activities The amount of subsidies granted under this call amounts to 350,000 euros, and will be made effective from application 631.34100.48200 of the 2024 Provincial Council Expense Budget. In no case may the subsidy exceed the amount requested, with €25,000 being the maximum amount that can be granted to each applicant. Fifth: Deadline for submission The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. When the last day of the period is a non-business day, it will be understood to be extended to the first following business day, in accordance with the provisions of article 30.5 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
