ANNEX Extract from the Resolution of July 17, 2024 of the Ministry of Rural Environment and Agrarian Policy, which approves the call for subsidies to local entities corresponding to the year 2024. (Line 1 Development of forest areas). In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First: Beneficiaries: 1.1.,,The Entities Premises of the Principality of Asturias that execute and/or organize the actions for which they are directed. Second: Purpose: To approve the multi-annual call for concessions, in accordance with the provisions of Decree 105/2005, of October 19, which regulates the granting of subsidies to Local Entities under a public call, aid to finance the programs and activities carried out by the Local Entities of the Principality of Asturias within the scope of powers of the Ministry of Rural Environment and Territorial Cohesion, and specifically in the following lines of action: -Line 1: Development of forest areas: Measure 08 "Investments in the development of forest areas and improvement of the viability of forests", measures managed by the General Directorate of Rural Infrastructures and Forests. ,,,,Submeasures to be subsidized -For reforestation and creation of forest areas. Submeasure 8.1 of the PDR. -For the establishment and maintenance of agroforestry systems. Submeasure 8.2 of the PDR. -For the prevention of damage caused to forests by forest fires, natural disasters and catastrophes. Submeasure 8.3 of the PDR. -To repair damage caused to forests by forest fires, natural disasters and catastrophes. Submeasure 8.4 of the PDR. -To increase the adaptive capacity and environmental value of forest ecosystems. Submeasure 8.5 of the PDR. -To increase the economic potential of forests. Submeasure 8.6 of the PDR. Third: Regulatory bases: Resolution of June 1, 2016, of the Ministry of Rural Development and Natural Resources, published in the BOPA of June 9, 2016 (no. 133). Fourth: Amount: Line 1: Development of forest areas: By 2024: 350,000 euros. By 2025: 350,000 euros. The aid that may be granted for each application will be: -40% for submeasure 8.6. ,,-80% for submeasure 8.2. ,,-100% for the rest of the submeasures. Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications: 30 calendar days counted from the day following the date on which this extract is published in the BOPA.
