Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Academic requirements: be in possession of a bachelor's degree in medicine or equivalent and be in possession of a doctor's degree, within a Doctorate in Medicine Program. Second. Object. A selective process is called to cover 1 position for hiring as a temporary researcher in the Distinguished Researcher modality provided for in article 23 of Law 14/2011, of June 11, on Science, Technology and Innovation, in the area of ​​Human Anatomy and Embryology of the Predepartmental Nursing Unit of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of La Rioja. The dedication of the contract will be full time. The duration of the contract will be 4 years, and may be extended up to the maximum limit of 6 years in accordance with budgetary availability, and after a report and favorable assessment by the competent body of the University of La Rioja. Third. Regulatory bases. Amount. The amount assigned to the contract will be €80,000 gross per year, including salary, tax obligations and Social Security contributions paid by the University of La Rioja. In any case, the gross monthly remuneration will not exceed €5,054.65 in 12 monthly payments. The contracts have €20,000 additional financial support annually to carry out their research work. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of the extract of this resolution in the Official Gazette of La Rioja. Sixth. Other data. The presentation of applications will be directed to the Vice-Rector for Research and Internationalization and must be submitted using the forms established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. In order to comply with the provisions of article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, applications may be submitted to the Electronic Registry of the University of La Rioja through the General Instance procedure (https://sede.unirioja.es/portal/procedimientos/instancia-general) of the Electronic Headquarters, in which the documentation indicated in the call will be attached. The application forms, which will be available on the University website https://www.unirioja.es/administracion-y-servicios/servicio-de-gestion-de-la-investigacion/talento/, will be sent, duly completed in all sections, to the Vice-Rector's Office for Research and Internationalization. The application will be accompanied, duly completed, by the following documents: Identity data of the interested party. Participation in the selection process will presume authorization for the University of La Rioja to collect the applicant's identity data, unless express opposition is stated, in which case, a copy of the National Identity Document must be provided. Copy of the passport (valid) in case the application is submitted with this identification document. Curriculum vitae in the standardized format (CVN). Title or document accrediting obtaining a degree or bachelor's degree in medicine or equivalent. Doctor's degree or document accrediting obtaining the degree of doctor of medicine. Justifying report of the research project proposed by the candidate in the field of medicine. Maximum length of 30 pages. Declaration responsible for the veracity of the data and merits provided. At any time during the procedure, supporting documentation may be requested, which must be submitted. Administrative documents must be in Spanish. For the purposes of the evaluation process, only the information contained in the candidate's curriculum vitae and in the supporting report on the closing date of the application submission period will be taken into account.
