BASIS FOR THE GRANTING BY THE ARAHAL CITY COUNCIL OF NINE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR TRAINING PRACTICES FOR THE SOCIAL INCLUSION OF PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES.

GENERAL BASES FOR THE GRANTING OF NINE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR TRAINING PRACTICES FOR THE SOCIAL INCLUSION OF PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES. DESCRIPTION: DECREE 2024-2291 issued by the Mayor-President, on July 29, 2024, which approves the bases that must govern the granting of a maximum of NINE (9) training internship scholarships. First. Beneficiaries: Applicants may take part in this call if they meet the following requirements before the end of the application submission period and when the following circumstances occur and are documented: 1. Be 18 years old. 2. Possess the administrative neighborhood (registration) in the municipality of Arahal, with a history of at least 6 months. 3. Have a recognized intellectual disability equal to or greater than 33%. 4. Be in possession of a primary school diploma, graduate or equivalent. 5. Not being subject to any of the circumstances included in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. 6. Not be enjoying another scholarship or aid for the same or similar purpose, as well as not be carrying out a work activity during the period of enjoying the scholarship. 7. Being unemployed with a job demand card Second. Object. The purpose of these rules is to regulate the granting of up to a maximum of NINE (9) scholarships for training practices aimed at people with primary education, a school graduate or similar and an intellectual disability with at least 33%, thus favoring the right to integration of these people by providing them with the acquisition of personal and professional strategies, skills and competencies aimed at accessing the world of work. The internship will consist of carrying out support work for public employees in different work areas of the Arahal City Council, under the supervision of a responsible Third Party tutor. Regulatory bases Regulatory bases approved by Mayor's Decree No. 2024-2291 dated July 29, 2024, published on the electronic Board of the Arahal City Council. Room. Amount. Each of the scholarships is endowed with an amount of €1,377.00 and will be distributed in €459.00 gross per month to be paid, as a general rule, in arrears. In those cases that involve a period less than a calendar month, the corresponding proportional part will be received. The expenditure budget for the call amounts to a total amount of €12,900.00. The training practices will be carried out in different municipal departments of the Excmo. Arahal City Council, not exceeding 5 hours a day, and training in ordinance tasks, janitorial work, maintenance of public buildings and various trades. The duration of the scholarships will be a maximum of 3 months. The status of beneficiary of this program will not generate future rights, and in no case will there be automatic renewal for possible calls. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville. The request will be made through a registration form available to those interested in Community Social Services of the Excmo. Arahal City Council and those interested in the granting of this training scholarship must submit an application to the General Municipal Registry, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, likewise accepting any of the means provided for in the scope of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, for the purposes of submitting applications. The request must be accompanied by the following documentation: • Copy of D.N.I. • Copy of disability certificate. • Copy of primary school certificate, school graduate or similar. • Copy of the job seeker card. • Copy of document proving income for the last 6 months of the applicant. • Updated work life of the applicant. The local administration may request, at any time during the administrative procedure, the originals through which all the electronic documents incorporated into the application were generated in order to verify their validity or authenticity.
