Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: The beneficiaries of this bonus will be the neighboring students of Narón enrolled at the University of A Coruña, on the A Coruña campus, provided that they request it, are registered in Narón, meet the conditions of the call and do not exceed the income thresholds indicated below (article 8.1 of R.D. 201/2024, of February 28, by the which establishes the thresholds of income and family assets and the amounts of scholarships and study aid for the 2024-2025 academic year): Families of 1 member: €13,898.00 Families of 2 members: €23,724.00 Families of 3 members: €32,201.00 Families of 4 members: €38,242.00 Families of 5 members: €42,743.00 Families of 6 members: €46,142.00 Families of 7 members: €49,503.00 Families of 8 members: €52,850.00 Starting with the eighth member, €3,340.00 will be added for each new eligible member of the cohabitation unit. Second. Purpose: The purpose of the aid for the university bus voucher is to subsidize the daily travel, round trip on the same day, of the neighboring students of the Narón City Council, enrolled in the different Schools or Faculties of the University of A Coruña, on the Campus of A Coruña. Trips made on Saturdays, Sundays and non-school days are expressly excluded. Third. Regulatory Bases: The call will be governed by the regulatory bases published in BOP number 163 dated August 26, 2024, available at https://bop.dacoruna.gal/bopportal/publicado/2024/08/26/2024_0000005941.pdf Fourth. Amount: For the granting of this aid, a maximum amount of €13,200 will be allocated, which will be financed from budget application 3260.47200, as follows: Period September 2024 to December 2024: €4,800 Period January 2025 to June 2025: €8,400 Narón City Council will pay 50% of the cost of the ticket or voucher, with the maximum budget limits for each academic period that appear in the Resolution of granting, ticket/voucher, prior approval of the payment request submitted by the beneficiary of the aid, to which supporting invoice(s) will be attached with the date of acquisition of the ticket(s) or voucher(s) acquired. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days, counting from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the BOP of A Coruña.
