Extract from the call for subsidies for individualized school transportation aid - 2024/25 academic year

Official description of the call

FIRST.- Beneficiaries. - School transportation: For families of students studying Primary and Early Childhood Education residing in the northern districts of the city and the Los Mártires neighborhood of the town. A maximum of 70 scholarships. SECOND.- Object. The purpose of this Call is to regulate the subsidy that the Plasencia City Council makes for the benefit of the children's population and family units of the municipality with difficulties and/or socioeconomic deficiencies to meet transportation expenses for the period of September-December 2024, with the scholarships being able to be extended until 2025, depending on budget availability. THIRD:- Regulatory Bases. The Regulatory Bases will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres and on the website of the Plasencia City Council. FOURTH.- Amount. These aids will be paid from the following budget items: 0107-3261- 227.9901 “School transportation services”, this service being tendered. The maximum total amount of these aids in the school year period from September to December 2024 amounts to 6,825 Euros, pending approval of the 2025 budget for the continuity of the transport scholarships FIFTH.- Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be ten calendar days from the day following the publication by the National Subsidies Database of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres and addressed to the Ilmo. Mr. Mayor of the Hon. Plasencia City Council. Interested parties may examine the full text of these Bases on the WEB page of the National Subsidy Database dependent on the General Intervention of the State, as well as in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres.
