Official description of the call
First.—Beneficiaries. Non-profit Associations and Institutions that carry out social action programs framed in the field of Sectoral Social Services, in the municipality of Castrillón and its regional scope during the year 2024. Second.—Object of the subsidy. Granting of subsidies to non-profit Associations and Institutions for the implementation and execution of social action programs framed in the field of Sectoral Social Services, during the year 2024. The following programs are considered priorities: 1.- Promotion and support programs for marginalized groups or those in situations of lack of social protection. 2.- Programs for people with disabilities. 3.- Programs for the development of drug addiction prevention activities. Third.—Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Castrillón City Council and its Autonomous Bodies and Dependent Entities, published in the BOPA of February 20, 2006. Fourth.—Amount. The global amount of the call amounts to thirty-five thousand euros (€35,000) Fifth.—Granting criteria The subsidy will be awarded according to the following criteria: 1.- The granting of subsidies will be subject to the general planning of the City Council in the area of Social Services, as well as the established budgetary limitations. 2.- The subsidy will be awarded according to the score obtained by each Entity in application of the general evaluation criteria of the Entities, as well as the evaluation of the Projects presented. 3.- General assessment criteria: a maximum of 100 points, distributed as follows: A. Assessment criteria for entities: 60 points B. Project assessment criteria: 40 points 4.- General assessment criteria for entities: a) Territorial implementation. Maximum 30 points - 30 points for the existence of a headquarters in the Municipality of Castrillón - 10 points for the existence of a headquarters in the Region (Area III of Social Services) b) Coordination of actions and collaboration with Municipal Social Services. Maximum 20 points c) Participation of the Entity in the Councils and Commissions created by the City Council to promote active citizenship. Maximum 10 points 5.- General criteria for evaluating projects: a) Suitability and formulation of the objectives pursued. Maximum 10 points b) The impact on the territory. Maximum 20 points c) The impact on childhood. Maximum 5 points d) Continuity programs. Maximum 5 points Sixth.—Deadline for submission of applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen calendar days from the publication of the call announcement.
