Extract from the Call, approved by the Government Board on November 4, 2024, for the granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, of subsidies to support the installation of industrialists in the municipal market of La Rondilla in the municipality of Valladolid for the year 2024 in accordance with the principles established in article 8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, establishing the following provisions individuals: The purpose of this call is to promote the establishment of new business activities in the municipal markets of La Rondilla in the municipality of Valladolid, through the establishment of aid aimed at supporting the start of economic activity in these markets by natural and legal persons that are considered SMEs and micro SMEs and that have obtained a title to establish themselves in said municipal market between June 1 and November 30, 2024. The purpose of the call is to regulate the procedure for the concession of non-refundable subsidies of up to a maximum of 3,500 euros, to eliminate initial barriers by minimizing the costs of current expenses incurred in the start-up of business activity in these municipal spaces, giving special priority to new entrepreneurs, long-term unemployed and people with disabilities. The subsidies established in this call will be awarded for a maximum total amount of 44,806.22 euros. 75% of the total justified eligible expenses will be subsidized, excluding taxes susceptible to recovery, up to a maximum individualized amount of €3,500. The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of this call in the BOP of the Province until November 30, 2024. The documentation will preferably be submitted electronically and will be mandatory for applicants required to interact through electronic means with the Public Administrations in accordance with the provisions of article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (LPAC), and in any of the places and forms provided for in articles 16.4 and 14.2 of the LPAC. Applications will conform to the model that appears as Annex I of this call, and will be addressed to the Hon. Mr. Mayor of the City Council of Valladolid accompanied by the documents required therein and those that the applicant considers necessary to prove compliance with the requirements of the call, except those that are already in the possession of the Municipal Administration, provided that the applicant expressly states the file in which they are found, in the terms established in article 23.3 of the LGS. Each industrialist may submit one application per position or commercial space. For these purposes, double or triple positions will be considered a single position. The documents to be presented are 1.- Signed Annex 1 2.- Annex 2. Signed supporting account of the accredited eligible expense and copy of invoices and vouchers with their corresponding payment bank statement, numbered in accordance with the order established in the supporting account. The maximum period to resolve and notify the resolution will be 3 months for each of the procedures, counting from the day following the end of the application submission period. Once this period has elapsed without an express resolution having been notified, the application may be deemed to have been rejected. The granting Resolution will express the identity of the beneficiary and the amount of the subsidy being granted, publishing it on the City Council's Electronic Headquarters (https://www.valladolid.gob.es/es/tablon-oficial/ayuntamiento-valladolid/convocatorias).
