By Decree of the Delegate Department of Social Welfare number 2024/3302 of October 8, the agreement was adopted to approve the Call for subsidies under a competitive competition regime for the implementation of projects in the field of Basic Benefits of Social Services, fiscal year 2024. "First. Definition of the Object of the Subsidy. 1. It constitutes the specific object of the subsidy, in accordance with the provisions of article 2.1 b) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the promotion of the implementation of cooperation projects for the development of Basic Social Services Benefits, this is actions carried out by technical teams aimed at meeting social needs and promoting the social insertion of citizens, families and population groups of this municipality. These benefits that can be developed from equipment, programs, services, administrative units and teams. multiprofessional, among others, are grouped into 7 thematic axes that respond to various situations of social need: - Information, guidance, diagnosis and assessment - Personal autonomy, care at home and family respite - Intervention and protection of minors - Prevention and social inclusion - These projects, which must be developed in the territorial area of the municipality of Los Realejos and have as beneficiaries. The execution period of the projects subject to subsidy may not in any case exceed the duration of the corresponding call. 2. On the other hand, the generic and final objective of this subsidy provided for in article 2.1 c) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, is the promotion of Cooperation with municipal activities to complement the development of the Concerted Plan for Social Services. Second. to this call amounts to €30,000.00. The file contains an accounting document of Credit Retention, for the amount of 30,000 euros, to meet the commitments arising from the granting of the aforementioned subsidy. For the eligible activity subject to these bases, the budget application has been foreseen and for the following amount of the current budget: 2024 BSO 231 48900 - Other Transfers: 30,000.00 euros. The credit from the budget application, from the current budget, to cover the amount of the planned expenditure, may not be increased. The credits from this annual call are financed with credits from the Concerted Plan for Basic Benefits, which have the contribution of the State and the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands.
