First. - Regulatory Bases: The regulatory Bases of this call were approved by agreement of the Island Government Council held on April 8, 2026. Second. - Beneficiaries: Natural persons, legal entities, civil companies and communities of property with a commercial purpose, who have launched a business initiative of which they are owners or promoters of the same, and in the case of commercial companies, special commercial companies, civil companies and communities of property, those whose share capital is owned only by natural persons who have launched or intend to launch a business initiative whose deadlines for incorporation or start of economic activities are from September 1 from 2025 to August 31, 2026, and that meet the requirements established in the second Base of the regulations of this call.
