First.- Beneficiaries. The following may be beneficiaries: a) Natural persons who are owners or usufructuaries of a single-family home isolated or grouped in a row, as long as the income of their resident cohabitation unit does not exceed 5 times the IPREM. b) The communities of owners or groups of communities of owners constituted in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Law 49/1960, of July 21, on Horizontal Property. c) Natural persons who are owners or usufructuaries of homes located in collective residential buildings. Second.- Object. Call for, on a competitive basis, subsidies aimed at improving the accessibility of housing, which aim to promote the improvement of accessibility, both in the urban and rural areas of the Community of Castilla y León, facilitating financing for carrying out actions in single-family homes isolated or grouped in a row, in residential buildings of collective residential typology intervening in their common elements, in homes located in buildings of collective residential typology. Third.- Regulatory bases. Chapters I and III of the annex to Order MAV/1420/2022, of October 13, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the rental of housing and the improvement of the accessibility of housing, within the framework of the State Plan for access to housing 2022-2025, in the Community of Castilla y León, published in the "Official Gazette of Castilla y León" No. 199 of October 14, 2022. Fourth.- Amount. The corresponding subsidies will be granted under budget application 04.02.261A02.7804J, of the General Budgets of the Community of Castilla y León in the amount of TWO MILLION SIXTY-SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT EUROS (€2,066,688.00), in accordance with the following distribution of annuities: Annuity Amount 2025 €384,857.00 2026 €1,240,240.00 2027 €441,591.00 Fifth.- Submission period. The deadline for submitting applications will begin on December 1, 2024 and will end on December 31, 2024, both included, and its submission will imply full acceptance of the conditions established in Royal Decree 42/2022, of January 18, in the regulatory bases and in this call.
