EARLY CALL FOR SUBSIDIES FOR NEIGHBOR ASSOCIATIONS FOR THE YEAR 2025 DESIGNED TO PROMOTE COEXISTENCE

Official description of the call

Extract from the advance call for the year 2025 for subsidies for Neighborhood Associations intended for the Promotion of Coexistence of the Arteixo City Council. Purpose.- To establish in advance, the granting, in a system of publicity, objectivity and competitive competition, of financial aid to the Neighborhood Associations constituted as such and with scope of action in the Arteixo City Council, in order to collaborate with the municipal associative fabric to promote citizen participation for the development of leisure activities and participation and revitalization programs of general interest for the neighborhood, through the following programs: Block 1.- Programs and activities that encourage participation among the neighborhood. Block 2.- Training: Workshops, courses, talks, colloquiums, conferences, outings and excursions that promote coexistence among the neighborhood. Beneficiaries.- Legally constituted Neighborhood Associations or groups of several Neighborhood Associations that carry out the activities covered by these rules and meet the requirements demanded therein may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Regulatory bases.- The call under the advance concession regime is made under the general regulatory bases of subsidies for Neighborhood Associations intended for the Promotion of Coexistence of the Arteixo City Council, published in BOP No. 174, of September 10, 2024. Amount.- The amount of the consignment amounts to €75,000.00 charged to the budget application. 924.48903, from the common budget for 2025, through advance call for expenditure, financing coefficient 80%. Assessment criteria.- Article 7 of the regulatory bases contains the assessment criteria, the award criteria and the granting procedure applicable to each aid program. Submission period.- The submission period for the requested subsidies will begin the day after the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP) and will end on December 15, 2024. Subsidy justification period.- For this year 2024, the justification period will be one month, from the notification of the grant resolution.
