Subsidies aimed at promoting the reconciliation of work and family life for families with children in the municipality of Sant Feliu de Buixalleu who are attending preschool and primary school

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries Fathers, mothers and/or legal guardians of each of the children in the municipality of Sant Feliu de Buixalleu who are attending preschool and primary school, and who meet the requirements established in base 5 of the specific bases. Second. Object The object of the call is the subsidies under a competitive public competition, aimed at promoting the reconciliation of work and family life for families with children in the municipality of Sant Feliu de Buixalleu who are attending preschool and primary school. Third. Regulatory bases The specific regulatory bases of this call were approved by Mayor's Decree no. 450 dated October 21, 2024 and published in the BOP of Girona no. 204 dated October 22, 2024. Fourth. Amount The maximum amount allocated to this line of subsidies is €2,700. The expense will be charged to budget application 326.489000. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the corresponding extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). Sixth. Documentation to be submitted The documentation necessary to request the subsidy will be the following: • Subsidy application form, in accordance with ANNEX 1 of the specific bases, which in all cases must include: o Name, surname, ID of the parents and/or legal guardians, name of the child and name of the School and course taken in the 2023-2024 academic year, as well as the address of the place indicated for the purposes of receiving notifications.o Photocopy of the DNI of the fathers, mothers and/or legal guardians. o Copy of registration at the school or nursery for the 2023-2024 academic year. o Copy of registration for extracurricular activities during dining hours for the 2023-2024 academic year (if applicable). o Copy of the document proving that the child uses the school cafeteria service on a regular basis (if applicable). o Copy of the income for the 2023 financial year of the fathers, mothers and/or legal guardians who make up the family unit. o Employment contract or legal declaration of the company indicating the location of the work center and the schedule of the parents and/or legal guardians (assumption 5.1 of the bases) o Certificate of ownership of the current account number in the name of the parents and/or legal guardians where they want the amount of the subsidy to be deposited. • Account justifying the expenses, according to the model in ANNEX 2 of the specific bases, which in all cases must include, at a minimum: o Name, surname, ID of the legal guardians, name of the child and name of the School and course taken in the 2023-2024 academic year, as well as the address of the position indicated for the purposes of receiving notifications. o List of expenses for school meals or extracurricular activities, detailed by month of the 2023-2024 school year and indicating the total amount. o Receipts accrediting payment of the aforementioned expenses. Applicants must submit the supporting account of expenses together with the subsidy application.
