First. Call. For the financial year 2024, the subsidies regulated in the Order of October 21, 2024, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a non-competitive basis, from the shock plan for the territorial promotion of employment and job placement in the municipalities located in the Campo de Gibraltar area and coastal bordering municipalities of the province of Cádiz are called. Building Future Program in Campo de Gibraltar. Second. Legal Regime. This call will be governed by the provisions therein, in the Order of October 21, 2024 (hereinafter the regulatory bases), as well as by the rest of the regulations that are applicable at the time the call begins to produce its effects. Third. Purpose and beneficiaries. In accordance with the provisions of article 1.2 of the regulatory bases, the subsidies are aimed at financing the hiring of unemployed people and registered as unemployed job seekers (hereinafter DENOs) in the age groups between 18 and 35 years, both inclusive, and 45 years of age or older, for the promotion of employment, the improvement of employability and the labor insertion of unemployed people, through the acquisition of work experience linked to an occupation, through a contract, to carry out projects launched by town councils and local autonomous entities of Campo de Gibraltar and its bordering coastal municipalities of the province of Cádiz. Room. Beneficiary entities. 1. In accordance with article 4.1 of the regulatory bases, the following town councils and autonomous local entities belonging to the Campo de Gibraltar and its bordering coastal municipalities of the province of Cádiz may be beneficiary entities of the province of Cádiz: a) Algeciras. b) The Line of Conception. c) San Roque. d) Barbate. e) The Neighborhoods. f) Rate. g) Jimena de la Frontera. h) Castellar de la Frontera. i) San Martín del Tesorillo. j) Facinas. k) Tahivilla. l) Zahara de los Atunes. 2. In any case, the entities requesting the subsidies called by this resolution must comply with the requirements established in article 4 of the regulatory bases, with the exceptions indicated therein. Fifth. Financing and budget availability. 1. The maximum total amount allocated to this call is four million four hundred and ninety-four thousand euros (€4,494,000.00), being limited, in any case, to the existing budgetary availability, in accordance with the provisions of article 119.2.j) of the Consolidated Text of the General Law of Public Finance of the Junta de Andalucía, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2010, March 2. 2. The subsidies to be granted will be financed with the allocations that the Budget of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia for the financial year 2024 allocates to actions regarding active employment policies in the field of the Ministry of Employment, Business and Self-Employment, under the 32K <> program, financed with finalist transfers from the State (Service 18), as summarized below: BUILDING PROGRAM FUTURE IN THE CAMPO DE GIBRALTAR (€4,494,000) ANNUAL BUDGET ITEM 2024 Building the Future in the Campo de Gibraltar 1200180000 G/32K/46003/11/S0714 €2,247,000.00 1200180000 G/32K/46003/11/S0574 €2,247,000.00 TOTAL €4,494,000.00 Sixth. Subsidy amount. The amount of the subsidy will be 10,500 euros for each employment contract formalized, with a duration of 6 months, full-time, in contribution groups 4 to 10, of the groups receiving the subsidy line, in accordance with the provisions of article 7.1 of the regulatory bases. Seventh. Place of submission of applications. 1.
