In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Base (http://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): CALL FOR FINANCIAL AID TO THE STUDY OF THE ILLUSTER SAN ROQUE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE 2026 / 2027 SCHOOL YEAR STATEMENT OF MOTIVES The Illustrious San Roque City Council, aware of the insufficient financial means of many families in this municipality to meet the expenses derived from the acquisition of textbooks, teaching materials, school supplies and/or technological equipment, establishes 5 lines of aid aimed at: a) Second cycle Early Childhood Education students from supported educational centers with public funds of the Municipal District of San Roque b) Students of Primary Education of the educational centers supported with public funds of the Municipal District of San Roque c) Students of Compulsory Secondary Education of the educational centers supported with public funds of the Municipal District of San Roque d) Students of post-compulsory non-university studies: Baccalaureate, Basic Vocational Training, Intermediate and Higher Level Training Cycles, in any of their modalities (offer complete or differentiated partial), as well as artistic and sports education under a special regime, provided that they are taught in educational centers supported by public funds in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. e) Post-compulsory studies students: University degrees from a public university in Andalusia. Art. 1. Purpose of the call. The purpose of this call is to grant, on a competitive basis, aid for the purchase of textbooks, teaching materials, school supplies and/or technological equipment for the 2026/2027 academic year. Art. 2. Legal nature and applicable regime. The aid granted will be in the nature of a subsidy, so it will be governed by these bases, by the bases for Execution of the City Council's Budget, by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Art. 3. Budget credit. The maximum total amount allocated to the financing of these 5 aid amounts to 119,885.55 euros, charged to item number 326.00.481.01 of the general budget of the City Council for the financial year 2026. Art. 4. General requirements for all aid lines. a) Be registered in San Roque at the same address, for a minimum of 6 months, both the mother, father, or guardian and the enrolled students. b) Enrollment for the 2026/2027 school year must have been carried out in a teaching center in the municipality of San Roque, supported by public funds, only in the case of students studying post-compulsory non-university studies: basic vocational training, Baccalaureate, intermediate level training cycles and higher level training cycles and University Degree Studies, they may apply for aid, if they are enrolled in a teaching center supported with public funds in Andalusia. c) The family unit must not exceed the following economic thresholds in 2025: No. of members Limit Economic threshold Families with 1 member €22,000 Families with 2 members (single parents) €27,000 Families with 3 members €32,000 Families with 4 members €37,000 Families with 5 members €42,000 Families with 6 members €47,000 Families of 7 members €52,000 Families of 8 members €57,000 Starting with the 8th member, for each new eligible member, €2,500 will be added Total income = sum of the income contributed by the eligible members of the family unit who earn income. In the case of students with a specific need for educational support derived from disability or high intellectual capacity, this threshold will be increased by €5,000. d) Be up to date with the payment of municipal taxes with the City Council by all members of the family unit that can be counted and registered at the address (art. 5.1). This requirement must be met at the time of submission of the application, and in any case, within the period established for submission of the application. Art. 5. Fiscal year and family income. The family income for the purposes of the scholarship will be obtained by aggregating the income for the year 2025, of each of the eligible members of the family, who obtains income of any nature.
