CALL AND REGULATORY BASES FOR THE GRANTING OF 2024 GRANTS FOR ASSOCIATIONS AND OTHER NON-PROFIT CITIZEN ENTITIES, INCLUDED IN THE MUNICIPAL REGISTRY OF ASSOCIATIONS OF BORMUJOS.

Official description of the call

1.- Object. The purpose of these bases is to clarify the rules that must govern the granting, on a competitive basis, of subsidies intended for Associations and other non-profit entities registered in the municipal registry of non-profit entities of Bormujos, during the current year. Expenses incurred by the beneficiary that are directly and objectively related to the purpose of the subsidy will be subsidized, under the conditions established in the General Subsidy Ordinance of the Bormujos City Council. The purpose of this call for subsidies is to promote associations and citizen participation, as established in the purposes of the Citizen Participation area of ​​the Bormujos City Council, and will be financed from the Bormujos City Council's own resources. Eligible concepts will be: Expenses derived from the project that is the subject of the application; Expenses for hiring personnel, consumables and non-expendable materials directly related to the activity that is the object of the project. Contracting of those services necessary to carry out the activity, without admitting expenses derived from restaurant and catering services. Inventoriable assets and/or investment expenses. Expenses for maintenance, renovations and fitting out of headquarters owned by the applicant entity, which are located in the municipality of Bormujos. Maintenance and restoration work of historical-cultural heritage; (drafting of projects, construction materials, restoration...) Accommodation expenses derived from the hiring and/or participation of a professional/s to fulfill the object of the project presented. In no case may any member of the Board of Directors, nor members of the organizing entity that requests the subsidy, be direct beneficiaries of this aid. 2.- Beneficiary Entities. Beneficiary entities may be associations and other non-profit citizen entities, which have been registered for at least four months from the date of the call, in the Municipal Registry of Associations, whose purpose is the implementation of projects, or activities that aim to promote participatory practice, and more specifically actions that are included within these lines: Promotion of equality. Promotion and protection of culture and heritage in its broad spectrum. Promotion of leisure and sports as a means for coexistence. Promotion of healthy leisure actions and education in values, aimed at groups of young people and minors. Visualization of specific groups in health matters. Actions aimed at environmental care. Raising awareness and promoting concepts such as interculturality, diversity, coexistence and integration. Actions for the benefit of vulnerable groups and/or at risk of exclusion. (in terms of employment, coverage of basic needs...). 3.- Eligible lines and global amount. Two subsidy lines are proposed, collected in two blocks: lines 1 and 2 Expenses derived from activity programs; personnel expenses, consumables... directly related to the activity that is the object of the project. Non-fungible goods; computer equipment, tablets, printers, TV, and all those tools and furniture, related or not to the project presented, that is, investments in materials and tools for the development of the entity's objectives. The credit allocated to this call for this block amounts to an amount of thirty-five thousand euros, €35,500, charged to budget items 924-480.01, and 924,780.07. The maximum amount that will be subsidized to each beneficiary will be €2,000, and the total cost of the project must not exceed €5,000. These subsidies are compatible with the receipt of other subsidies, aid, income or resources from other public or private entities in the terms established in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Bormujos City Council without both aids exceeding €2,000 (€2,000). 4.- Applications and submission deadline. Applications must be submitted in accordance with article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and the Common Administrative Procedure.
