AID FROM THE PAIPORTA CITY COUNCIL TO TRADERS FOR COMMERCIAL REACTIVATION AFTER DANA 2024

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: LINE 1. Aid intended for businesses affected by DANA. 1.- Natural or legal persons, as well as property communities, civil societies, or other economic entities without legal personality, legally constituted, that as of October 29 meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this aid: a) Develop or carry out a “commercial activity” in the municipality of Paiporta, located in the urban area framed within the sectors of: commerce, services, restaurants, and workshops, having the corresponding enabling title to carry out the activity (Communication of Safe Activity, Environmental Responsible Declaration or enabling title, formerly called opening license) that carried out their activity on ground floors at street level prior to October 29, 2024, and that, being active on the aforementioned date, have suffered damage to their facilities, affecting both infrastructure, supplies, machinery, equipment or goods inventoriables.b) That although as of October 29 they had not obtained the enabling title to carry out the activity, and were not registered with the IAE, they had approved the appropriate construction license for the start of commercial activity (not for residential use) and have suffered damage to their facilities. 2.-The existence and accreditation of the damages will be made through a responsible declaration by the interested party at the time of the request, with the corresponding municipal services being able to verify them. LINE2.- Aid intended for the reopening or continuity of the business. 1.- Natural or legal persons, as well as property communities, civil societies, or other legally constituted economic entities without legal personality, that are active, may be beneficiaries of this aid. on October 29, have been forced to close the business and restart their activity in the same premises or in another, as long as it is in the municipality of Paiporta or, where appropriate, that they have continued with the activity despite the damage suffered. 2.-Those businesses that request aid for the maintenance of commercial activity must commit to carrying out the new opening in a maximum of 6 months, counting from the day after notification of the resolution. approving The reopening of the business may be in the same commercial area or in another as long as it is located in the municipality of Paiporta. 3.-Continuity or, where appropriate, the commitment to open will be required at the time of the application through the signing of a responsible declaration by the interested party, with the municipal corporation being able to verify ex officio, once the maximum period has elapsed, the opening of the establishment or the reestablishment of the activity, which must be accredited by the natural or legal person beneficiary of the aid through “Updated Certificate of the Tax Agency Census Status that indicates the economic activity with its registration date, the tax address and, where applicable, the location where the activity is carried out.” Second. Purpose: Regulate the procedure and requirements for the direct granting of urgent aid to natural and legal persons who, as of October 29, 2024, had a commercial activity and/or services in the municipality of Paiporta who have suffered damages in their commercial activity. The amount of the aid will be used both for the losses caused by the effects of DANA and to alleviate the reconstruction of businesses and the maintenance of their commercial activity. Third. Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by the Paiporta City Council have been approved by the General Subsidies Ordinance published in the BOP of the province of Valencia No. 305 of December 24, 2005. Fourth. Amount: The total amount of the subsidies called will be 615,964.92 euros, entered in item 92900 48000 of the municipal budget of Paiporta for the year 2024. Fifth. Application submission deadline: Two months from the day following the publication of this extract in the BOP of the province of Valencia.
