Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants, Minor Local Entities and the Associations of the province of Valladolid will be able to obtain the aid that is managed through this call. To determine the population, the latest data published by the National Statistics Institute as of the final date for submitting applications will be taken into account. For the purposes of this call, Youth Leisure Centers are considered to be facilities that, belonging to the Local Corporations of this province or entities dependent on them, are mainly intended to offer the youth population free-time activities, focused on recreational, recreational or training aspects carried out in the field of non-regulated education. Subsidies may be requested both for activities and for the provision in existing Leisure Centers, as well as for Leisure Centers not open to the public on the date of completion of applications, provided that, in the latter case, their opening to the public is planned before the end of the justification period established in clause 20 of these bases. If the Leisure Center is not open within said period, the subsidy will be refunded under the terms established in the applicable regulations. Second. Object. For the year 2025, on a competitive basis, subsidies are being called for Town Councils with less than 20,000 inhabitants, Minor Local Entities and Associations of the province of Valladolid to support the implementation of new activity programs and/or the acquisition of inventory material for the provision of locally owned Youth Leisure Centers that develop actions of general interest, especially included in the VI Provincial Youth Plan. of the Provincial Council of Valladolid 2024-2027 (measure 90) as well as healthy leisure activities included in the VIII Provincial Plan on Addictions (DiversiON Program). Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of the Province of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. 1. The amount and budgetary application of this call for subsidies is as follows: LINE A: Implementation of new activity programs in locally owned Youth Leisure Centers. The total amount of subsidies for this line may not exceed the amount of twenty-two thousand euros (€27,000.00), distributed in the following budget applications for the year 2025: ? Budget application 507.92406.46200, the amount of 25,000.00 euros for City Councils. ? Budget application 507.92406.46300, the amount of 1,000.00 euros for Commonwealths. ? Budget application 507.92406.46800, the amount of 1,000.00 euros for Minor Local Entities. LINE B: Acquisition of inventory material for locally owned Youth Leisure Centers. 1. The total amount of subsidies for this line may not exceed the amount of ninety-two thousand five hundred euros (€92,500.00), distributed in the following budget applications for the year 2025: ? Budget application 507.92406.76200, the amount of 89,000.00 euros for City Councils. ? Budget application 507.92406.76300, the amount of 2,500.00 euros for Commonwealths. ? Budget application 507.92406.76800, the amount of 1,000.00 euros for Minor Local Entities. 2. The Provincial Council will contribute a maximum of 80% of the total budgeted for the expenses of activities and/or acquisition of inventory material, with the Town Councils, Minor Local Entities or Associations having to contribute, as their own financing (or obtained through other means), a minimum of 20% of their total cost. 3. The subsidies granted, with the budgetary limit indicated above, may not exceed, for each applicant Entity, the amount of 800.00 euros for the implementation of new activity programs and the amount of 5,000.00 euros for the acquisition of inventory material, unless the amount requested is less than this amount. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will end 20 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Va
