Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: University students or graduates of any Spanish or foreign university, with an age between 18 and 35 years old on the closing date of the application admission period, may participate. Second. Object. This call has the purpose of stimulating and recognizing literary creation among university students. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases will be available on the website https://www.ucm.es/cultura/premio-complutense-de-literatura-2025. Room. Amount. This call is endowed with a maximum amount of €6,000.00. A prize will be awarded for Narrative and another for Poetry, worth €3,000.00 each. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 3 months and will begin the day after the publication of the extract in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. Sixth. Other data. The application must be accompanied by the following documents: - The work, which must meet the specific conditions described in article 4 of the call. - Participation form available on the website of the Technical Unit of Culture (https://www.ucm.es/cultura/premio-complutense-de-literatura-2025). - Photocopy of valid DNI/NIE or passport. - If you do not have a relationship with the UCM, documentation proving that you are a university student or graduate.
