Resolution of February 14, 2025 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, Industry and Commerce, which approves a call for subsidies to merchant associations for trade promotion projects

Official description of the call

First.-Beneficiaries: Merchant associations, mixed associations (merchants and other types of professionals) made up mainly of merchant partners and non-profit groups, unions or federations thereof, legally constituted and registered in the corresponding registry that carry out their activity within the territory of the Autonomous Community of the Principality of Asturias and that have been registered in the corresponding registry at least two years prior to the date of submission of the grant application. Likewise, the Official Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Services and Navigation of Avilés, Gijón and Oviedo may be beneficiaries of this aid. Second.-Object: Dynamization actions in the commercial sector. Digitalization actions in the commercial sector: Provision of services to associated businesses in terms of digital marketing and dynamization and management of digital channels aimed at promoting sales. Third.-Regulatory bases: Resolution of June 15, 2021 (BOPA of June 21, 2021) Fourth.-Amount: Total amount: 262,202.00 euros (TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWO EUROS) charged to budget application 1706.622C.486.009. The credit may be extended up to €30,000 when the circumstances provided for in article 58.2 of the Regulation of the General Subsidies Law, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, are met. Maximum amount: The amount of subsidies granted to the beneficiaries will be variable and will be determined, for each case, taking into account the budgetary availability of each action and the assessment criteria applied, by applying the formula contained in the call. The maximum amount will be 70 percent of the value of the eligible concepts of each project. Fifth.- Deadline for carrying out the actions: The execution of the actions subject to subsidy, as well as the issuance of invoices and their payment, must be included in the period from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025, both included. Sixth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. Seventh.-Other information of interest: The procedure will be processed entirely electronically, and will be mandatory for all applicants who apply for this subsidy. The applications and any writings or documents relating to the granting procedure, management and resources will be submitted electronically at the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias, which can be accessed through the address https://sede.asturias.es/, indicating in the search engine the procedure number AYUD0020T01. The deadline for justifying the expenses incurred will end on September 30, 2025.
