Resolution of February 12, 2025 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, Industry and Commerce approving a call for subsidies to associations and groups of merchants and mixed commerce and tourism for development

Official description of the call

First.-Beneficiaries: Merchant associations, mixed merchant associations (trade, tourism and services) and groups or unions of associations thereof, non-profit, legally constituted and whose registration in the corresponding registry is two years old immediately prior to the date of the call, that carry out their activity in the Principality of Asturias and that operate in municipalities where Strategic Plans for Commerce or Commerce and Tourism are implemented. Second.-Object: Actions that promote the revitalization and digitalization of the retail trade sector, as well as support for the associative fabric, will be considered eligible for aid. Third.-Regulatory bases: Resolution of the Ministry of Industry, Employment and Economic Promotion dated June 15, 2021. (BOPA of June 21, 2021) Fourth.-Amount: Amount total: €207,853 (two hundred and seven thousand, eight hundred and fifty-three euros) charged to the budget application 1706,622C.486,015, according to the following distribution: 1 Commercial revitalization €150,000 2 Digitalization in the commercial sector €22,853 3 Support for the associative fabric €35,000 In the event that there is surplus credit in the action 1, this remainder will be incorporated first into action 2, and secondly into action 3. In the event that the surplus is produced in action 2, it will be incorporated first into action 1, and failing that into action 3. Finally, in the event that the surplus credit is produced in action 3, it will be incorporated first into action 1, and failing that into action 2. The credit will be extendable up to 50,000# when the circumstances provided for in article 58.2 of the Regulations of the General Subsidies Law are met, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. Maximum amount: The amount of subsidies granted to the beneficiaries will be variable and will be determined, for each case, taking into account the budgetary availability of each action and the evaluation criteria applied, by applying the formula indicated in the call. The maximum amount will be 90% of the amount of the eligible expense. Fifth.- Deadline for carrying out the actions: The performance of the actions subject to subsidy must be between October 1, 2024 and September 30, 2025. Sixth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days, counting from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. Seventh.-Other data of interest: Applications and attached documentation must be submitted electronically only through the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias, which can be accessed through the following address https://sede.asturias.es/, indicating in the search engine the procedure number AYUD0046T01.
