B2 - CALL FOR SUBSIDIES TO SUPPORT ALTA COMPETITION ESPORTS

Official description of the call

FIRST. Recipients and Purpose: Subsidies under a competitive competition regime, for entities registered or attached to the Registre d'Entitats Esportives of the Generalitat de Catalunya, as well as public limited sports companies, to support the needs derived from high-competition sport of Girona sports entities that participate with teams in the absolute or senior categories of regular federated competitions. SECOND. Regulatory bases: Opinion of the Plenary Session of the Girona Provincial Council, dated December 17, 2024 and published and submitted to public information in BOPG no. 245 of December 23, 2024 and by reference in DOGC no. 9323 of January 7, 2025. THIRD. Amount: The total amount allocated to the call is €419,000.00. The budget credit is charged to the budget application and the following amount: B2 program to support high-level sport Budget application Amount 320.34100.4790000 15,000.00 euros 320.34100.4810200 404,000.00 euros Total B2 program 419,000.00 euros In order to serve a greater number of subsidy applications or granting a greater amount of subsidies, this credit may be expanded with an additional amount of at most that provided for each subprogram, derived from leftover credits from other calls or from some modification of credit. The effectiveness of the additional amount will be conditional on the corresponding declaration of credit availability prior to the resolution of the subsidies and the approval of the increase in the call. ROOM. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPG. Applications must be submitted using the standardized form, duly completed, must be signed electronically using a certificate validated on the PSIS platform of the Consorci d?Administració Oberta de Catalunya, and must be submitted through the electronic channel indicated on the Subsidies Portal of the Diputació de Girona. FIFTH. Justification deadline The deadline to justify the subsidized actions of this program ends on July 15, 2025. SIXTH. Advertising This call will be published on the Diputació's electronic bulletin board (https://tauler.seu.cat) and on its website, and the extract thereof in accordance with the provisions of article 17.3 b of Law 38/2003, general on subsidies, will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona. SEVENTH. Resource regime The resolution of the call puts an end to the administrative route. Against this, a contentious-administrative appeal must be filed before the contentious-administrative court of Girona, within a period of two months, counting from the day following the day of notification. Alternatively, and optionally, an appeal for reconsideration can be filed before the Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Girona, within a period of one month, counting from the day following the day of notification.
