Applicants will have to prove by means of a responsible declaration that they meet the requirements to be a beneficiary provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 18, General Subsidies, as well as the performance of tax and Social Security obligations (or, in this case, present authorization so that the City Council can consult this data). Competent body for the resolution of the procedure: Governing Board. Deadlines Deadline for submitting applications: within a period of 30 business days starting from the day following the date of publication of the call announcement in BOP. Submission of applications Form of submission of applications: electronically, or in person at the municipal citizen service offices. Resolution, notification and applicable regime Resolution and notification period: 60 days from the final date of submission of applications. Means of notification of the resolution: publication in the electronic office. Acceptance regime: tacit, if the contrary is not expressed within a period of one month from notification of the resolution. Applicable general regime: Law 38/2003, of November 17, general subsidies; Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the regulations of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general subsidies; Municipal Subsidies Ordinance; Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations and Law 26/2010, of August 3, on the legal and procedural regime of the public administrations of Catalonia. The resolutions issued in execution of the call exhaust the administrative route. Regime of appeals against the administrative acts issued in execution of the call: contentious-administrative appeal, within a maximum period of two months from the day following notification, before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Tarragona. Alternatively and optionally, appeal for reconsideration, within a maximum period of one month from the day following the notification.
