Call: The call is made for the granting of aid to families to promote the schooling of boys and girls under 3 years of age in the exclusive educational centers of the first cycle of early childhood education adhered to the aid program for the 2025-2026 school year, by means of the price bonus for the services determined in Decree 76/2025, of March 5, which regulates the centers that teach the first cycle of Early Childhood Education. in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. The price and bonus for these services will be those established in the Agreement of the Government Council of March 12, 2025, which establishes the amount and bonuses of public prices applicable to centers owned by the Government of Andalusia. Second. Beneficiary person: The beneficiary of the aid will be the father, mother or person who exercises guardianship or guardianship of the boy or girl who requests the school place or the reservation thereof in the Centers adhered to the Aid Program, with the requirements established in the Third Base of Annex I of Decree-Law 1/2017, of March 28, on urgent measures to promote schooling in the first cycle of early childhood education in Andalusia. Third. Purpose: Promote the schooling of boys and girls under 3 years of age in exclusive educational centers for the first cycle of early childhood education that are members of the Aid Program by subsidizing the price of the services determined in Decree 76/2025, of March 5. Room. Regulatory bases: This call will be governed by the regulatory bases for the granting, on a competitive basis, of aid to families to promote the schooling of boys and girls under 3 years of age in the educational centers of the first cycle of early childhood education adhered to the "Family aid program for the promotion of schooling in the first cycle of early childhood education in Andalusia", approved by Decree-Law 1/2017, of 28 March, of urgent measures to promote schooling in the first cycle of early childhood education in Andalusia. Fifth. Amount: The amount of the aid will be the amount equivalent to a bonus on the price of the services that the family has to pay to the center participating in the Aid Program in which the student is enrolled. This bonus will be determined based on the income and the number of members of the family unit, except for the free cases regulated in the Agreement of March 12, 2025, of the Government Council, which sets the amount and public price bonuses applicable to the centers owned by the Government of Andalusia, corresponding to the services established in Decree 76/2025, of March 5, by which regulate the centers that teach the first cycle of early childhood education in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. Bonuses less than 100% of the price to be paid will be those resulting from the application of the provisions of the aforementioned Agreement of March 12, 2025, of the Governing Council. The aid will be financed from the budget of the Andalusian Public Agency for Education (budget section 1151) and will be made effective from the following budget items, for the maximum amounts and with multi-year spending commitments, in accordance with the following distribution: ANNUITY BUDGETARY ITEM MAXIMUM AMOUNT 2025 G/42I/48000/00 €73,245,223.00 2026 G/42I/48000/00 €103,751,427.00 TOTAL €176,996,650.00 Sixth.
