Beneficiary Entities. 1. Private training entities included in section 4.a).1 of the summary table of the Order of November 3, 2023, which approves the regulatory bases for granting public subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, in the field of Vocational Training for Employment in the modalities of training offered primarily to unemployed workers and employed workers, may participate in this call and be beneficiaries of this subsidy. (summary table of the regulatory bases, hereinafter) including non-profit entities. 2. Public training entities, understood as the entities that make up the public sector, may not participate in this call, in accordance with article 2 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector. This point can be verified through the information contained in the Inventory of state, regional and local public sector entities approved by Royal Decree 749/2019, of December 27, which approves the Operating Regulations of the Inventory of State, Regional and Local Public Sector Entities, and the Inventory of Dependent Entities of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. 3. They may attend the following lines: a) In Lines 1, 2 Unemployed Persons and 2 Employed Persons, the entities that have centers of the Work Training System that are registered for the training offer requested in the Registry of Vocational Training Centers and Entities for Employment in Andalusia and/or in the State Registry of Work Training Entities, according to the delivery modality, in accordance with the article 25 of Royal Decree 438/2024, of April 30. b) In Lines 3 and 4, the entities that have centers of the Vocational Training System authorized in Andalusia for the requested training offer, in accordance with article 197 of Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, by which the organization of the Vocational Training System is developed, and included in the Registry of Vocational Training Centers and Entities for Employment in Andalusia. In the case of virtual modality, it will be verified that the requesting entity is the owner of a center authorized for the same training in face-to-face modality located in Andalusia. For these purposes, the center of ownership of the requesting entity will be understood to be the one that appears as available with the NIF of the requesting entity in the corresponding registry. 3. To be beneficiaries, entities must meet the requirements established in section 4.a).2 of the summary table of the bases
