The subsidy for the implementation of new economic activities in the old town of Cassà de la Selva, year 2025

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries The recipients of the subsidy will be the natural or legal person who wants to open an eligible establishment or the natural or legal person who owns the premises who wants to rent it to an entrepreneur who wants to open an eligible establishment. In no case, for the same eligible business, can a subsidy be granted to the entrepreneur and the owner of the premises. If both request it, it will be granted to whoever submitted the request first. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to grant aid on a non-competitive basis for the opening of new commercial establishments in the old town of Cassà de la Selva. Promote commercial, business activity and social and recreational relations in the old town of Cassà de la Selva by opening new commercial, service, restaurant and tasting establishments. Third. Regulatory bases The call is made in accordance with the regulatory bases published on October 18, 2024 in the BOP of Girona no. 202. Fourth. Amount The budget that will be allocated for the granting of these subsidies subject to this call will be a maximum of €30,000, according to article 4 of the regulatory bases for subsidies for the implementation of new economic activities. The provision will be provided by the budget application 200 4330 77700 of the 2025 budget. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications To apply for the subsidy, you must attach the following documentation to the generic electronic application: - Standardized subsidy application form - In the case of a natural person, a copy of the DNI of the applicant and/or the legal representative. - In the case of a legal entity, a copy of the DNI of the legal representative; copy of the NIF of the requesting entity; copy of the deed of constitution or status, and the powers of representation. - Expense budget for the cost of implementing the activity. - Responsible declaration form for the execution of the implementation of the activity with the schedule of actions. - Proof of ownership of the premises, lease contract or commitment signed by the property. - Form with the explanatory report of the activity to be implemented When defects or omissions are observed in the application or it is considered necessary to expand the information, the applicant will be required to amend the deficiencies or provide the documents within a maximum period of 10 business days, warning them that, if they do not do so, their application will be considered withdrawn. Submission of the application implies full acceptance of the regulatory bases of the subsidy. All those who are interested in applying for the subsidy have until October 30, 2025 included, through the form available at cassa.cat. The applications, duly completed, must be digitally signed by the interested person or by the person who legally represents the entity.
