Official description of the call
First. - Beneficiaries Families that meet the requirements detailed in sections 4 and 8 of the aid regulatory bases may be beneficiaries of this aid in the price of the houses. Second. - Purpose The purpose of this call is the granting of aid under a non-competitive competition regime, within the limits established in the municipal budgets, at the prices of the houses within the “Lleure per a Tothom” program, for the achievement of the strategic objectives set in the Strategic Subsidies Plan 2024-2027 of the City Council of Banyoles (strategic objective number 5 of the Area of Service to the Personas-JUVENTUT, regarding the Promotion of youth and leisure projects or activities). Third. - Regulatory bases Agreement of the Local Government Board of February 10, 2025 published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona on February 20, 2025. https://ssl4.ddgi.cat/bopV1/pdf/2025/35/20253501308.pdf Fourth. - Credit amount of item 2024.43.23105.48100 Joventut. Projecte Lleure per a Tothom for the amount of 18,000.00 euros. In the event that the attendance of beneficiaries exhausts the planned budget credit, the City Council may increase the maximum amount detailed above through the corresponding budget modification up to a maximum of €27,000. Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications Twenty business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona.
