Budget item. Physical and legal companies can participate. In the case of the creation of short films that operate or generate economic activity in Castilla y León, with preference for companies that operate or generate economic activity in Valladolid; and in the case of development of projects that operate or generate economic activity in the province of Valladolid. In both cases, they must be registered as producers in the Registry of film and audiovisual companies of the ICAA, in accordance with the order of July 7, 1997 (BOE, 07/14/1997, rectifications in BOE 08/1/1997), which dictates rules for the application of Royal Decree 81/1997, of January 24, in the matters of screen quota and distribution of films, theaters exhibition, business registration and qualification of cinematographic and audiovisual works. Those physical or legal companies that, meeting the indicated domicile requirement, are registered as producers in the registry of film companies of the Community of Castilla y León may also participate. Deadline and form of presentation. The application, accompanied by documentation, must be submitted to the Registry of the Valladolid City Council in digital format.
