First. Beneficiaries. Companies or self-employed persons, regardless of their legal form and size, that are validly incorporated at the time of submission of the application and are holders of an economic activity in Cantabria and meet the rest of the requirements established below may obtain the status of beneficiary person. In the case of companies, the date of incorporation and the start of the eligible activity to be carried out must be equal to or after January 1, 2023. In the case of individual entrepreneurs (self-employed), the eligible activity to be carried out must have started on a date equal to or after January 1, 2023. In both cases, to determine the start date of the eligible activity, the date of registration of said activity in form 036 of the AEAT will be taken into account. They must also comply with all the requirements established in the call. Second. Object. The types of eligible actions will be the following: Line 1. Specialized Continuing Training. Stimulate and incentivize activities related to continuous training in areas that are difficult in the traditional training framework. Line 2. Establishment Expenses: Facilitate those actions that the entrepreneur must carry out to establish his company. Line 3. Start-up Expenses. Encourage the first actions that the entrepreneur must take to launch his business project. Line 4. Fixed Assets. Encourage the actions that the entrepreneur must undertake to execute the investment plan projected in the new company. Third. Regulatory bases. Amount. Line 1. Specialized Continuing Training: 60% of the expenses considered eligible, with a maximum of €2,100 per company. Line 2. Establishment Expenses: 100% of the expenses considered eligible with a limit of €500 per company. Line 3. Start-up Expenses: 60% of the expenses considered eligible with a maximum of €15,000 per company. company.Line 4. Fixed Assets: 50% of the expenses considered eligible with a maximum of €50,000 per company. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Subsidy applications must be submitted from the day following the publication of the extract of this Resolution in the Official Gazette of Cantabria and until 11:59 p.m. on September 16, 2025 if submitted electronically or until 2:00 p.m. on September 16, 2025, if submitted in person. The application must have all the documentation determined in this call, which includes the justification of the actions carried out and executed at the time of the application. Expenses incurred from January 1, 2023 to September 16, 2025 may be eligible for subsidies. In any case, all concepts must be invoiced, paid and fully executed at the time of submission of the application.
