CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES THROUGH COMPETITIVE COMPETITION TO LOCAL ENTITIES FOR CULTURAL ACTIVITIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE YEAR 2025 IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARTEIXO.

Official description of the call

1. REGULATORY BASES: The call is made under the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies through competitive competition to local entities for cultural activities and facilities in Arteixo published in BOP no. total of €25,113.92 resulting from the sum of: - €17,301.67 charged to item 334.48903 for activities - €7,812.25 charged to item 334.78000 for equipment. 3. OBJECT AND PURPOSE: Support local non-profit entities in the creation or maintenance of activities, as well as in the provision of equipment for the programs they develop in terms of culture during the year 2025 from January 1 to August 31 of the current year. Based on their purpose, the following cultural programs are convened: - Cultural activities: celebrations, tributes, exhibitions, publications, contests, contests, exhibitions, cultural trips, meetings, conferences, studies, etc. In general, any activity of conservation, promotion and dissemination of cultural values, especially those that result from belonging to the Galician community and/or the Arteixo city council. - Cultural workshops: activity carried out by a group of at least 15 people who, with the support of a specialized monitor, carry out a specific learning for at least 1 hour a week for several months a year. - Cultural equipment: materials and means of a non-fungible and inventoryable nature that are necessary for the normal development of the cultural activity of an association. 4. REQUIREMENTS: Legally constituted entities that meet the following requirements may benefit from this line of aid: a) Be registered in the Municipal Registry of associations at the time of the application. b) Lack of profit purposes. c) Develop their activities within the territorial scope of the Arteixo city council or on topics of interest to the city council. d) Not have any subsidy or aid pending justification before the Arteixo City Council for the same object for which the new subsidy is requested. e) Be up to date with your duties with the Tax Agency, with Social Security and with the Arteixo City Council. f) Not be involved in any of the cases of incapacity or incompatibility for receiving public aid or subsidies. g) Have a minimum number of ten partners, except entities to which due to their nature it is not applicable (foundations, organizing committees...). Exceptionally, neighborhood communities, organizing committees and individuals who meet the requirements indicated in sections b), c), d), e) and f) may submit a subsidy application for programs considered of special relevance. 5. SUBMISSION DEADLINE: The submission period will be 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP) through the BDNS. The applications and other mandatory documentation that appears in the ANNEXES of this call must be submitted electronically. 6. NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION TO APPLY FOR AID: a) Explanatory report of the activities, workshops or investments that are intended to be carried out. b) Detailed budget for the expected expenses and income of the activity or investment for which the requested subsidy is intended. c) Amount of the subsidy requested, which may not exceed 70% of the expenditure budget, which must not exceed the amount of €10,715. d) Original certification of the application agreement and the appointment of the representative for relations with the City Council (in the official model), along with a photocopy of your ID. e) Responsible declaration relating to other subsidies and/or aid received for the same purpose, to being up to date with tax and Social Security obligations, to the non-existence of pending amounts derived from subsidy reimbursement files, as well as not being in any of the prohibitions to be a beneficiary of subsidies (according to the official model). f) Certification of the number of active members, which must reach a minimum of 10 people. g) Memory of the
