SUBSIDIES TO TOURIST COMPANIES IN THE PROVINCE OF PALENCIA FOR TOURIST DIGITALIZATION

Official description of the call

and on the website of the Provincial Council of Palencia (http://www.diputaciondepalencia.es) in the “aid and subsidies” section. First.- Beneficiaries. Individuals, legal entities and communities of property whose establishments are located in municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants in the province of Palencia and are registered in the Tourism registry of Castilla y León in the Tourism Section of Palencia. Second.- Object. Promote the technological development and the digital transformation process of tourism companies in the province of Palencia, through the incorporation of digital solutions to their establishments, services and processes, with the aim of improving their competitiveness, adapting to the new needs and trends of the tourism sector. Third.- Eligible actions.- Development of the new corporate website of the establishment or company.- Development of new APPs related to the activity of the establishment or company. - Point of sale terminals (POS), including software and printers. - Digital signage systems or similar, as well as other systems that allow the digitalization of the operation of the establishment or activity. - Digital totems, interactive screens and similar. - PDAs for the establishment or activity. - Installation of network hardware and software infrastructure necessary for the deployment of the wireless Internet network and its management, only in the case of public use directed to the client. - Acquisition, implementation, configuration and start-up costs operation of the PMS system (Property Management System), reservation management, documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and similar activities.- Installation of electronic key / digital key systems for 24-hour access. Fourth.- Amount. The total credit for this call is €30,000.00. The amount of the subsidy will be a maximum of 70% of the budget accepted by the Tourism Service, taking into account that the minimum budget that the applicant must present will amount to €400.00 (without VAT) and the maximum budget that will be taken into consideration for the amount of the subsidy will be €4,000.00 (without VAT), according to the considerations of the call. VAT will in no case be considered as an eligible expense. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, extending said deadline until the first following business day, when the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday. Sixth.-The annexes and other documentation corresponding to this call will be available to interested parties on the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Palencia (https://sede.diputaciondepalencia.es), in the "Public Information - subsidies and aid" section.
