First.-Beneficiaries: The following may be beneficiaries of this call: SMEs with headquarters in the rural areas of the province of Palencia belonging to the agri-food, tourism, industrial and services sectors. The companies adhering to the quality mark of the Palencia Provincial Council “Alimentos de Palencia”. Second. -Object: The granting of subsidies to Palencia SMEs for their attendance at professional commercial fairs, national or international, for the promotion of their products or services. Third. –Eligible actions: Expenses related to: registration at the fair, amount of the contracted spaces and preparation of the stand, accommodation and travel expenses for a person, transportation of goods, translation and interpretation and advertising media. Promotion actions carried out between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026 will be eligible for subsidies. Fourth.- Amount: The total credit assigned to the call is fifty thousand euros (€50,000.00). In no case will the amount awarded be greater than 50% of the accepted budget of the expenses incurred in the promotional action, with a subsidy limit of €5,000.00 for both national and international fairs. Fifth.- Application submission deadline: Applications must be submitted within a period of at least 3 calendar days before attending the exhibition event, unless it has taken place prior to the publication of this call. In this case, the deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province, extending said deadline until the first following business day, when the last day is a Saturday or holiday.
