Subsidies for volunteer activities to enhance the natural and cultural heritage of the Gavarres Protected Natural Space (Gavarres Voluntarias) for the year 2025

Official description of the call

1.- Beneficiaries Entities that meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of these subsidies: - Be duly registered in the corresponding registry of the “Generalitat de Catalunya”, in accordance with the regulations that apply to them. - Be legally constituted with a minimum of 1 year of experience at the time of publication of the resolution of the grant call. - Be up to date with the obligations derived from subsidies received in previous years. - Be up to date with the corresponding payments derived from the reimbursement file, which had been initiated due to non-compliance with the obligation to justify subsidies granted by the Consortium. - Not incur any of the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary of the subsidies listed in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17. - Not incur in serious infringement of the ethical principles and rules of conduct established in base 24. - Have the structure and resources necessary to guarantee compliance with the objectives of the subsidy. - Have or undertake to obtain, in advance of carrying out the actions, the authorizations of the owners of the properties where you want to act. - Arrange or undertake to obtain, in advance of carrying out the actions, the mandatory permits that are the responsibility of other administrations depending on the project to be carried out. 2.- Object The purpose of the call is the granting of subsidies for volunteer activities to enhance the natural and cultural heritage of the Protected Natural Space of Les Gavarres, under a regime of publicity, objectivity and competitive participation, to non-profit entities with stable volunteering, that carry out activities within the Protected Natural Space of Las Gavarres (ENPG), to carry out volunteer actions in the scope of work of the Consortium of Les Gavarres, with the purpose of involve social agents and encourage the participation of society in achieving the strategic objectives of the Gavarres Consortium for the year 2025. Its financing aims to enhance volunteer activities to enhance the natural and cultural heritage of the Gavarres Protected Natural Space. 3.- Regulatory bases The specific regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for volunteer activities to enhance the natural and cultural heritage of the Gavarres Protected Natural Area are published in the BOP of Girona no. 200 dated October 16, 2024, to which the BOP of Girona no. 244, of December 20, 2024. 4.- Amount The maximum amounts granted will be €3,000.00 for an entity with a total of €12,000.00 for the 2025 call. The corresponding budget allocation appears in budget application no. 17200.4800300 of the 2025 Budget. 5.- Application submission period The application submission period will begin on the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP of Girona and will end within one month from the day following said publication.
