Public call Subsidies to non-profit entities to promote non-discrimination and equal collective treatment LGTBI 2025

Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries: a) Be a private non-profit entity of a social nature, with its own legal personality, and with the legal status of an association, federation, foundation or any similar entity that is in favor of the care, promotion or improvement of human rights and social equality of all people. b) Be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding administrative registry, in accordance with its legal personality. c) Have a registered office or regional delegation in the territory of the Principality of Asturias. d) Have contemplated in their statutes, as objectives, purposes or principles, the commitment to equal rights and non-discrimination on the basis of sexual identity and sexual orientation. e) Associations and entities based in the Principality of Asturias and non-profit, which, not meeting requirement d), carry out any activity within the object included in the bases that govern this call. Second.- Purpose: Those projects that include actions that aim to promote the full exercise of the right to equal treatment, respect for the dignity of people, protection against any form of discrimination, intolerant act or behavior, that raise awareness among the population as a whole against any discriminatory behavior based on sexual orientation and/or sexual identity, as well as individual or group care and information specifically directed at people from the LGTBI community, their families, the professionals who work with them and to the entire population. The actions will be aimed at attention, information, awareness, advice, monitoring, support, training, etc., with a view to promoting equality and preventing and acting against LGTBI violence. Third.- Regulatory bases: Regulatory bases approved by Resolution of September 27, 2021, of the Ministry of the Presidency (BOPA no. 191, of October 4, 2021). Fourth.- Amount The total amount of the call amounts to ninety thousand euros (€90,000.00), with a maximum of ten thousand euros (€10,000.00) per project. Likewise, the subsidy may not exceed the percentages indicated: Eligible budget of the project,,Maximum subsidy Up to €3,000,,100% From €3,001 to €4,000,,90% From €4,001 onwards,,80% Fifth.- Deadline for submission of applications Fifteen business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias.
