Subsidies to Council associations to carry out their annual programs of cultural, sports and celebration activities 2025

Official description of the call

1.- Recipients All cultural, sports and celebration associations and entities that carry out their activities in the council of Bimenes may apply for this call for subsidies. To be beneficiaries of the aid, associations and entities must meet the following requirements: Be legally constituted as such and registered in the Registry of Associations of the Bimenes City Council, or have requested registration. Be up to date with your obligations with Social Security and the Tax Agency. Direct your activities to the population of the council. 2.- Object and purpose of the call The purpose of this call for subsidies is to grant financial aid to the associations of the Bimenes council, constituted as such, for the implementation of their activity programs, whether cultural, sports or celebrations, during the year 2025. Programs of general interest, for the purposes of this call, are considered to be those that encompass all types of cultural, training, sports, recreational and festive activities, including cultural publications (magazines, books, records and videos). In this call, each association will receive, at most, financial aid for the development of its annual program of activities. Said aid may be justified with the expenses corresponding to any of the activities included in the project submitted for subsidy. However, each association will have the obligation to carry out each and every one of the activities included in the project submitted for subsidy. Otherwise, the aid received will be reduced by a proportional amount. Subsidization costs (meals, drinks, drinks, etc.) or the carrying out of works of any kind will not be subsidized. It will be positively valued that the activities included in the annual program of each association are carried out within the municipal area of ​​Bimenes. 3.- Global amount and financing of the aid The aid, with a global amount of 6,000.00 euros, will be paid from item number 334,480 of the General Budget of the Bimenes City Council. In general, the aid will consist of financial aid to finance the expenses of the selected annual activity programs. The specific amount of the subsidy will be determined based on the available credit allocated for this purpose and the applications submitted, and may not in any case exceed 100% of the expenditure incurred and justified. If the applications do not cover the total amount established for this year or the projects presented do not meet the requested requirements, the Information Commission of the Culture, Youth and Tourism Area will not be obliged to propose the granting of 100% of the budgeted allocation for this purpose. 4.-Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the agreement of the Plenary Session of this City Council, dated March 5, 2025, and published in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias No. 99 dated May 26, 2025. 5.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the date of publication of the call and these regulatory bases in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias through the National Subsidies Database.
