BDNS_836246 FIRST: SCOPE OF APPLICATION The activities and actions to be carried out under this agreement will be carried out by the interested party within the scope of the Grade council SECOND: OBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT: The object of the Agreement will be the promotion of tourist activities in the Grade council THIRD: BUDGET CREDIT AND SUBSIDY AMOUNT The subsidy object of this agreement amounts to the amount of FIVE HUNDRED EUROS (€500.00). and the object, endowment and beneficiary are expressly determined in the statement of expenses of the General Budget of the Corporation, the budget item being: 05 432 48100. FOURTH: ACTIONS AND COMMITMENTS BY THE BENEFICIARY The beneficiary undertakes: a) To promote the municipality of Grado in the actions carried out or to be carried out within the framework of this agreement. b) Justify to the granting body the fulfillment of the necessary requirements and conditions, as well as the performance of the activity and the fulfillment of the purpose determined by the granting and the application of the funds received to its purpose. c) Inform the granting body of obtaining other subsidies, aid, income or resources that finance the subsidized activities. This communication must be made as soon as it is known and, in any case, prior to the justification of the application given to the funds received. d) Submit to the verification actions to be carried out by the granting body as well as any other verification and financial control that the competent control bodies may carry out, providing any information required in the exercise of the above actions. e) Have the accounting books, completed records and other documents duly audited in the terms required by the commercial and sectoral legislation that is applicable to the beneficiary in each case, as well as any financial statements and specific records required by the regulation of the subsidy, in order to guarantee the adequate exercise of the powers of verification and control. f) Keep the documents justifying the application of the funds received, including electronic documents, as long as they can be subject to verification and control actions. g) Likewise, it is committed that all activities carried out within the framework of this action will indicate the collaboration of the Grado City Council, with the insertion of the City Council logo detailed below: FIFTH: JUSTIFICATION OF THE SUBSIDY The subsidy will be justified before December 15, 2025 To justify the subsidy, the supporting account must be provided, according to a standardized model. The supporting account will be presented in the same places and means established for the presentation of the applications. The subsidy cannot be paid until it is proven that the beneficiary is up to date with his or her tax and Social Security obligations. SIXTH: COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER AID The compatibility of this subsidy is established with other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose, coming from any Administrations or public or private entities, national, the European Union or international organizations.
