Aid to municipalities on the island of Tenerife for the rehabilitation of the Youth Houses

Official description of the call

FIRST. PURPOSE This line is aimed at the granting, on a non-competitive basis, of aid intended for the execution, by the town councils of the island of Tenerife, of rehabilitation works in the Youth Houses of municipal ownership, in accordance with the needs report incorporated as an annex to the regulatory bases. SECOND. BENEFICIARIES The municipalities of Tenerife whose Youth Houses are included in the needs reports annexed to the regulatory bases may be beneficiaries of this aid. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES Approved by agreement of the Island Government Council of the Hon. Cabildo de Tenerife, in ordinary session held on June 4, 2025 (AC0000026017). ROOM. BAREMATION CRITERIA The maximum amount of aid to be granted to each applicant city council is that resulting from the 2025 Youth Houses rehabilitation needs report that is reproduced as an annex to this document, prepared from the visit and inspection plan of the Youth Houses carried out between the years 2022 and 2023. FIFTH. AMOUNT The amount approved for the call amounts to ONE MILLION FORTY-THREE THOUSAND NINETY-SIX EUROS AND THIRTEEN EURO CENTS (€1,043,096.13). SIXTH. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The deadline for submitting applications will be ONE MONTH from the official publication of the extract of the call in the terms required by current legislation. The documentation that must accompany the application will be the following: A. In the case of requesting a subsidy for the full execution (1.2.A), the following documentation will be presented, signed in each case by the competent body: 1) Express request for aid, for the amount corresponding to the Youth House as established in the 2025 Youth Houses rehabilitation needs report attached as an annex to this document. 2) Full acceptance of the content of these bases and the obligations derived from the granting of aid. 3) Responsible declaration drawn up in the terms provided in art. 69.1 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations and signed by the competent body, certifying that: - The City Council is up to date in compliance with its tax and Social Security obligations, as provided in art. 24, and concordant, of the Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies (RD 887/2006, of July 21). - The City Council is not subject to any of the prohibitions provided for in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies, as provided in art. 26, and concordant, of the Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies (RD 887/2006, of July 21). B. In the event of requesting a subsidy for additional works for having fully executed those contemplated in the needs report (1.2.B), the following documentation will be submitted, signed in each case by the competent body: 1) Report accrediting the full completion of the works contemplated in the needs report. 2) Report regarding the additional works intended to be carried out, with an estimate of their budget amount. 3) Express request for aid to carry out additional works in the Youth House, for the amount referred to in the previous section, with the maximum of what is contemplated in the needs report for the municipal Youth House. 4) Full acceptance of the content of these bases and the obligations derived from the granting of aid. 5) Responsible declaration drawn up in the terms provided in art. 69.1 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations and signed by the competent body, certifying that: - The City Council is up to date in compliance with its tax and Social Security obligations, as provided in art. 24, and concordant, of the Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies (RD 887/2006, of July 21). - The City Council is not subject to any of the prohibitions provided for in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies, as provided in art. 26, and concordant, of the Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies (RD 887/2006, of July 21).
