Official description of the call
First: Beneficiaries: Without prejudice to compliance with the provisions of article 9.4 of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Illustrious City Council of Villa de Mazo, beneficiaries may be: natural or legal persons who own homes or other buildings that intend to carry out the actions included in this call, whose homes or buildings in which the eligible facilities are proposed are located in the municipality of Villa de Mazo and who meet the requirements for powers equal to or less than 10 kW. In any case, to obtain the status of beneficiary, it will be an unavoidable requirement that the interested party be up to date with their obligations towards the state, regional and local Treasury, as well as towards Social Security, without prejudice to the rest of the requirements demanded in the applicable regulations. Second: Purpose: The purpose of this call is to encourage the development of photovoltaic energy in the field of homes and other constructions, isolated or connected to the distribution network, located within the municipal area of Villa de Mazo. Third. Regulatory Bases: The Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime of the Villa de Mazo City Council, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife no. for competitive subsidies to promote the use of renewable energy through the installation of photovoltaic self-consumption systems. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen (15) business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of S/C de Tenerife, after insertion into the National Subsidies Database (BDNS).
