First.-Beneficiaries Training entities may be beneficiaries of the subsidies under this call in the terms established in base 3 of Order EEI/1431/2021, of November 29, and for which this call provides for adequate and sufficient credit. Second.-Object The purpose of this resolution is to call for, under a direct concession regime, public subsidies aimed at financing digital entrepreneurship training actions aimed at women residents in municipalities with less than 30,000 inhabitants in the Community of Castilla y León, for the years 2025 and 2026, within the framework of the Recovery Plan. Third.- Regulatory bases ORDER EEI/1431/2021, of November 29, which establishes the regulatory bases for public subsidies intended for the financing of digital entrepreneurship training actions aimed at women residents in municipalities with less than 30,000 inhabitants in the Community of Castilla y León (modified by ORDEN EEI/28/2022, of January 17 and modified by ORDEN EEI/258/2022, of March 24 and Order IEM/964/2022, of July 27). Fourth.-Amount The subsidy will have an amount of €520.00 per student, in accordance with the maximum limits to be received by each beneficiary in each province established in the call. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications Subsidy applications may be submitted from 9:00 a.m. on the business day following the publication of this call until 2:00 p.m. on the tenth business day following said publication, through the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es), in the standardized model established for this purpose. Sixth. Delegation of powers In the temporal scope of application of this call, the power to resolve subsidy applications, the advance payment and all phases of budget execution of the credits that are deconcentrated is delegated to the Provincial Manager of the Public Employment Service of Castilla y León of the province in which the training plan is carried out. In the temporal scope of application of this call, the competence to verify the adequate justification of the subsidy and carry out the corresponding liquidation and all phases of budget execution of the credits that are deconcentrated is delegated to the Provincial Manager of the Public Employment Service of Castilla y León of the province in which the training plan is carried out. The resolutions issued by the Provincial Managers must expressly state this delegation, and they will be considered issued by the delegating body.
