PUBLIC CALL FOR MUNICIPAL SUBSIDIES FOR ACTIVITIES OF A CULTURAL, SPORTS AND EDUCATIONAL NATURE TO NON-PROFIT ENTITIES. ARZÚA CITY COUNCIL 2025.

Official description of the call

First. Recipients Legally constituted entities, organizations or associations that meet the following requirements and purposes may apply and opt for these subsidies: 1) Non-profit purposes. 2) Be duly registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations and Entities of the City Council in the provisions provided for in article 236, paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the current ROF; or have requested it on the date of the request. This requirement will not be required in the case of Education Centers. 3) Not have debts with the Arzúa City Council for any reason. 4) The other duties regulated in articles 7 and 8 of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Arzúa City Council. Entities or associations may only request help through one of the three lines. Second. Purpose Promotion of cultural activities: activities such as celebrations, tributes, exhibitions, publications, contests, contests, samples, excursions, musical events, meetings, conferences, studies and, in general, any activity of conservation, promotion or dissemination of cultural values, to be carried out by neighborhood or cultural associations that carry out activities of a cultural nature, as deduced from their statutes. The celebration of patron saint festivals in neighborhoods and parishes will not be subsidized through this call. Promotion of sports activities: sports activities open to citizen participation will be promoted, such as schools, courses, competitions, sports campuses and, in general, activities related to the promotion of sports; to be carried out by clubs or other associations that carry out sports activities, as reflected in their statutes. Promotion of educational activities: includes cultural, educational or sports actions to be carried out by the educational centers located in the municipality of Arzúa, either by the educational centers themselves or by the associations of mothers and fathers. Third. Regulatory bases. The rules are published on the City Council website www.arzua.gal and in BOP da Coruña No. 129 dated 07/09/2025 Fourth. Amount of aid. The maximum amount of these subsidies is: Promotion of cultural activities: €17,000 Promotion of sports activities: €34,000 Promotion of educational activities: €18,000 The maximum amount for each line of action will be distributed among applicants who meet the conditions of beneficiaries, according to the assessment criteria established in clause eight of the regulatory bases. Fifth. Place and deadline for submitting applications. Applications must be submitted through the City Council's electronic headquarters. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the BOP.
