Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: The fathers and mothers - or legal guardians - of children enrolled in the 2024/2025 school year in an educational center supported by public funds, at the level of Early Childhood Education (2nd Stage, from 3 to 5 years old) may be beneficiaries of the subsidies object of this call. Applicants must meet, in addition to the requirements set forth in articles 13 of the LGS and 10 of the LSGA, the following: a) The family unit must be registered and effectively reside in the Ames City Council at the time of the application. b) The students for whom aid is requested must be enrolled in the 2023/2024 school year in educational centers supported with public funds at the Early Childhood Education level (2nd Stage, from 3 to 5 years). c) The per capita income of the family unit, computing the income received by all its members in fiscal year 2023, cannot be higher than 100% of the annual IPREM with extraordinary payments. The annual IPREM (14 payments) set for the 2023 financial year is €8,400. To determine per capita income, the annual income of all members of the family unit of legal age will be added and divided by the number of members that make up the family unit. Second. Purpose: To ensure that the school population integrated into families with fewer resources has the necessary educational material for the normal development of their learning, focusing the budgetary effort on early childhood education, as this is the age group not covered by the Xunta de Galicia. Third. Regulatory bases: Agreement of the Local Government Board of July 10, 2025, which calls for aid for the acquisition of textbooks and school supplies for students integrated into family units registered in the town hall of Ames and enrolled in an educational center supported by public funds, at the second cycle level of early childhood education, during the 2024/2025 academic year. Room. Amount: The maximum amount allocated to this call amounts to €7,500 charged to budget application 3261.480.04 of the ordinary budget of 2024, extended for the year 2025. The amounts to be granted under this call may not exceed €120.00 for the child. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: Applications to participate in this call may be submitted within 30 calendar days from the day following the publication in the BOP of the extract of the call. If it ends on a non-business day, this period will be understood to be extended until the next business day.
