Agreement of July 11, 2025 of the Local Government Board calling for aid for the planting of fruit trees of native varieties 2025-2026

Official description of the call

ELIGIBLE ACTIONS Plants marketed for new plantations of apple trees in their varieties of Ollo Negro, Príncipe, Roxelia, Da Sega and Reineta de San Bieito and plums in their varieties of Collon de Frade and Arillo will be considered eligible expenses. Initially, each beneficiary must choose only one of the varieties that are subsidized in this call. The beneficiary may choose, in the same application, aid for more varieties only if they have a minimum planting area of ​​2000m2 for each variety. Financial, notarial, credit or expert expenses will not be eligible for subsidies. It will apply throughout the municipality of San Sadurniño City Council. BENEFICIARIES Beneficiaries of this call will be natural persons who, meeting the requirements set forth in this call, own land with the minimum plantation extension established in section V of this call (Requirements of the plantation(s). The requirements that the beneficiaries must meet on the date of publication of this call will be the following and will be accredited by signing the standardized responsible declaration model (Annex II): Adults. Be up to date with your tax duties with any public entity and with Social Security. Not be a debtor for municipal subsidy reimbursement. Not being a subscriber to an agreement with economic content with the San Sadurniño City Council. Not be subject to a prohibition or disqualification from receiving public aid. They must possess, at the time of the application, the cadastral ownership of the referenced property/s or the right to use them for a minimum period of ten years. REQUIREMENTS OF THE PLANTING(S) The characteristics that the new plantations must have are the following: Minimum plantation framework for apple trees: 4 x 5 Minimum plantation framework for plum trees: 4 x 4 Minimum plantation extension for a single variety: 1,000m2 Maximum plantation extension for a single variety: 4,000m2 Maximum plantation extension for two or more varieties: 6,000m2 Taking into account these plantation requirements, it is established that an area of 1,000m2 may contain up to 40 plants maximum in the case of apple trees and 50 plants maximum in the case of plum trees. For the calculation of surfaces that are not multiples of 1,000 m2, a simple rule of three will be applied to calculate the number of floors. The corresponding tree protector must be placed with each plant, with a minimum height of 120 centimeters. At the time of submission of the application there cannot be any type of plantation of the varieties present in this call, on the indicated property. You must respect the planting distances according to current regulations in relation to neighboring properties and other conditions. The plantation(s) must remain on the selected farm(s) for a minimum of 4 years from the decision to grant the aid. BUDGETARY CREDIT AND AMOUNT The financing of this call is provided by the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in item 4311.48000, for a total amount of €10,000.00. The eligible amount will be up to €10.00 per plant and with a maximum limit of €2,000.00 per application. This subsidy will be compatible with any other, public or personal in nature, with a limit of 100% of the expense.
