Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Legal entities that are legally constituted as a non-profit entity or cooperative, with presence and headquarters in the city of Lleida, that carry out actions in the neighborhoods and garden areas of the city through activities that promote the culture of citizen participation, associations and volunteerism may be beneficiaries of this aid, provided that they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies (hereinafter LGS), and meet the requirements detailed below:▪ That the legal entity is constituted as a neighborhood entity and is part of the participatory structures in accordance with the provisions of the Citizen Participation Regulation of the Lleida City Council.▪ That the legal entity is constituted as a regional house or international cultural center.▪ That the entity or cooperative, different from those mentioned in the previous points, develop the project in concert with a neighborhood entity.▪ That the legal entities are registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities (RME) of the Lleida City Council and have the data updated at the time of opening of the call. The concurrence of these requirements will be referred to and accredited at the time of submitting the application, by presenting the documents indicated in clause 10 of the regulatory bases. Second. Object. The object of this call is to regulate and establish the criteria and procedure for the application, processing, granting, payment and justification of the subsidies granted by the Lleida City Council, through the Department of Participation and Civil Rights, intended to finance activities, events and performances organized by neighborhood entities, regional centers, international cultural centers and other non-profit entities that aim to promote and disseminate cohesion. social, the culture of citizen participation and community values ​​and that they be carried out in the neighborhoods and in the city's garden plots during the year 2025.
