The basic determinations of the call are the following: First. Beneficiaries Forest defense groups (ADF) whose scope of action and territory is the province of Lleida may be beneficiaries of the subsidies, and which are legally constituted and registered in the ADF registry of the General Directorate of Forest Ecosystems and Environmental Management of the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food, and have the Board of Directors updated in said registry before the application submission date established by the call. Likewise, forest owners associations (APF) whose scope and territorial area is the province of Lleida, and that are legally constituted and with their own legal personality, and duly registered in the Registry of Entities of the Department of Justice of the Generalitat of Catalonia, and have the Board of Directors updated in the aforementioned registry before the date of submission of applications established in the call, may also be beneficiaries.
