Extract from the Resolution of July 30, 2025, of the Ministry of the Presidency, Demographic Challenge, Equality and Tourism, which approves the public call for aid to women victims of gender violence and daughters and sons of victims fatally due to gender violence for the year 2025. First.-Beneficiary persons: ",,First line: Daughters and sons of victims killed by gender violence: being a daughter or son up to twenty-six years of age, orphan of an Asturian woman or registered in the Principality of Asturias at the time the murder occurred and having monthly income or income equal to or less than 3 times the Public Income Index for Multiple Purposes (IPREM), considered in twelve monthly payments. ", Second line: women victims of gender violence and/or vicarious violence in the event of homicide or murder: be of legal age or legally emancipated; being a victim of gender violence; be registered and have effective residence in the Principality of Asturias; have monthly income or income equal to or less than 3 times the Public Income Index for Multiple Effects (IPREM), considered in twelve monthly payments; have a positive report from the women's advisory center, stating the situation of being a victim of gender violence and the indication that this help will help in the recovery process and not living with the aggressor. Second.- Purpose: Aid to women victims of gender violence who are in a situation of economic vulnerability in the Principality of Asturias, with the aim of facilitating their recovery process and aid to daughters and sons of victims killed by gender violence.
